Our founders completed their Master of Business in Marketing & Finance respectively, and have since gone on to lead transformative revenue generating projects at companies in the B2B and B2C fields.

Talib Graves-Manns currently serves as the Code2040 / Google For Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneur in Residence at the American Underground in Durham, NC. Talib brings over 10 years of Sales, Marketing, Management and Mobile experience to your organization. He adheres to a customer centric model for both B2B as well as B2C related projects, where the voice of the customer is met with innovation to deliver above-par experiences, products, and solutions. Talib’s most recent projects have extended across digital|social marketing, mobile product innovation, retail analytics|consulting, and new solution marketing. Years of experience working with varied constituencies including: Creative Agencies, IT Developers, Product Owners, Investors and Application Partners, allows to quickly build consensus and motivate teams to achieve successful results.

Khalif Harris has over 11 years of experience in Finance and Accounting and has spent most his career helping both large (Fortune 50) and medium-size companies analyze, project and measure ROI’s. From 2003-2006, Khalif was a Financial Analyst for Sears Holding Company, the management conglomerate of Sears Roebuck & Co and K-Mart.
One of Khalif’s most notable projects includes being a part of a 10 member team chosen to integrate Sears and K-Mart inventory management process. Khalif also has experience in the Education Management and Utilities sectors. In these capacities, he has managed multi-million dollar operating budgets and assisted with design and implementation of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP systems.
Although, Mr. Harris has spent most of his professional working for large corporations, his true passion is helping entrepreneurs succeed.
